In today's society, it seems like there is so much to do and everyone is trying to juggle life, family, school, work, friends, and try to find time to do the things they enjoy doing. In order to get the most out of life you have to be able to master or better manage your time. In this short article I am going to share 5 Ways to better mange your time without sacrificing family and your personal life.
1. Create a To Do List. Make a list of all the things that need to be done, such as appointments and goals and prioritize. This is one of the core basics of time management. This is part of planning your day, it is also a great idea to make your to do list the night before, so you can actually get up and start your day on Purpose and also allow time to get things done, and the things that may have to wait until the next day, put them at the bottom of the list so that you focus on the things that MUST get done first so that you can better manage your time
2. Get Focused. Time management is basically about being focused. The Pareto Principle also known as the '80:20 Rule' states that 80% of efforts that are not time managed or unfocused generates only 20% of the desired output. However, 80% of the desired output can be generated using only 20% of a well time managed effort. Although the ratio '80:20' is only arbitrary, it is used to put emphasis on how much is lost or how much can be gained with time management. By being able to focus on your priorities, you will be more productive, less stressed, and gain a greater sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.
